Research On Bike-sharing Management In Fuzhou Under The Perspective Of Public Service

In recent years,by promoting the concept of shared economy and supported by big data technology,shared bicycles have been becoming a national industry.However,behind the hot development,the issue of shared bicycle development and management has gradually become prominent.How to improve and improve the shared bicycle management dilemma has become the focus of attention and research.This research mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey,field interviews,comparative research and other research methods to clarify the theoretical framework of public services.Through the questionnaire survey of shared bicycle users,field interviews with shared bicycle companies and regulatory authorities,At the same time,the two cities that have earlier developed bicycles and advanced management in China are selected.in-depth analysis of Fuzhou City Bike-sharing management,summarizing domestic and foreign experience,and proposing targeted recommendations.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of shared bicycle,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad and the relevant theoretical basis;secondly,it conducts questionnaire survey for bicycle users,interviews with bicycle suppliers and regulators,and deeply analyses the existence of shared bicycle management in Fuzhou from three perspectives of users,operation and supervision.Finally,bydrawing lessons from the experience and practice of other cities in China,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of multi-governance,so as to promote the healthy development of shared bicycles.
