The biotechnology industry is one of the industries with the most commercial value and scientific significance in the 21 st century.Many large pharmaceutical companies have successfully entered the Chinese pharmaceutical market using this technology industry.With the reform of China's new medical system,the medical market environment has changed.Many pharmaceutical companies must also reposition and optimize their marketing strategies in order to gain development advantages in complex market competition.This article uses AV Bio Inc as a case to solve AV Bio Inc's current marketing bottlenecks: the company 's brand and product brand market influence is weakening,product sales growth momentum is insufficient,product sales decline and other issues.AV Bio Inc 's re-planning Marketing strategy and make recommendations for implementing the strategy.First,the AV bio company's profile and problems are elaborated and analyzed,combined with AV bio's current Chinese market external environment,based on the company's sales data,analysis of market trends,and systematic analysis of AV company's current internal high-quality resources and potential Corporate governance issues.Secondly,plan AV marketing company's new marketing strategy and implementation path.By analyzing the company's brand influence and product line specificity,predicting the future sales of each product line,the SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively,systematically and accurately study the current situation of the research object,so as to plan AV based on the research results New marketing strategies,development plans,and implementation paths for bio-companies.Finally,implement and guarantee the completed marketing strategy.Based on the above research,AV Bio Company can help the company in the new market environment by formulating strategies on products,prices,channels,promotions,and Internet marketing after thoroughly understanding the enterprise's consumer market and correctly grasping the future development direction of the company.China has achieved stable development.Research conducted on AV Biotech also further shows that the Chinese pharmaceutical market will be an important global market,and that the company will face more intense competition in the Chinese market,which requires continuous transformation and response by combining with the market environment.This thesis adopts management and marketing theories and methods to conduct in-depth analysis of the marketing strategy of AV Bio-Company,which has a good reference for other multinational pharmaceutical companies and domestic pharmaceutical companies facing the same problem.
