Research On Project Communication Management Of S Company

IT profession as a sunrise industry,the maturity of project management is far less than other industries,especially which is lack of some practical system in the management of information.At the same time,there are some reasons which the young employees often lack of communication,social and other soft skills.In the project oriented enterprises,the problems caused by improper communication management often affect the development and progress of the whole project,which will affect the final success of the project.In particular,communication with the customer,the most prominent impact on the success of the project.Most of the time the project manager is used to communicate with team members and other stakeholders,whether or not they are from within the organization department(at all levels of the organization)or outside the organization.Effective communication builds a bridge between stakeholders,with different cultures,different organizational backgrounds,different skill levels,different perspectives and different perspectives interests of various stakeholders linked.These stakeholders can affect the performance or results of the project.In this paper,the current situation of the study is generally reflected in the communication problems.These problems should be solved and the corresponding countermeasures should be put forward.This paper takes the communication practice of S company project department as the object to the project perspective,starting from the overall knowledge of the project management system,and collecting communication practice of customer project with the communication model of the whole process of project management in communication,and using theoretical analysis,interviews and other methods of S company project communication management by project type,project life cycle.Through the questionnaire survey,analysis and improve methods of communication management,trying to combine communication model process and constructions of communication projects.Then the project manager can make communication management system application technology in engineering practice,achieve the purpose of promoting the success of the project,and at the same time expand the research to make reference further.
