| With the change of residents' consumption concept,residents' demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing.At the same time,with the development of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products,more and more consumers begin to choose to buy fresh agricultural products online.Consumers' requirements for the quality of fresh agricultural products are also improving,but because of the perishable and easy to wear and tear characteristics of fresh agricultural products,fresh e-commerce enterprises are bearing high logistics distribution costs.The high logistics cost and the large loss rate lead to the low distribution efficiency of fresh e-commerce enterprises.These problems restrict the development of fresh e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,how to realize the efficient distribution of fresh agricultural products is an urgent problem to be solved in fresh e-commerce enterprises.PY e-commerce industrial park is a comprehensive e-commerce enterprise,its fresh e-commerce business has its own characteristics.Based on the rich agricultural products resources and unique geographical advantages of H city,PY e-commerce industrial park has carried out a new type of fresh e-commerce distribution business,which is based on the community.Based on the analysis of the present situation of fresh agricultural products distribution in PY e-commerce industrial park community,the factors affecting the distribution of fresh agricultural products were analyzed,and the importance of factors affecting distribution efficiency was sorted by combining the grey correlation degree analysis method.The factors with high degree of influence were taken as input and output indexes,and the data envelopment analysis model was used to measure the distribution efficiency of community fresh agricultural products in PY e-commerce industrial park.The results of evaluation are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the existing redundancy. |
