The strategy of "Made in China 2025" reflects the tremendous impact of the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry on social and economic development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further affirms the positive role of machinery manufacturing enterprises in promoting employment and upgrading the industrial chain.At the present stage,the machinery manufacturing enterprises should adjust and optimize their own development strategy in order to better adapt to the changes of market competition environment,taking full account of the opportunities and trends of social and economic development,industrial integration automation and machinery manufacturing at the present stage.In the process of operation and development of machinery manufacturing enterprises,the scientific construction of marketing management mode is very important.This paper finds that the drawbacks of V Machinery Company in the process of marketing activities are obvious.If V Machinery Company cannot solve the marketing problems in time,then the product advantages obtained by M&A and R&D activities cannot be transformed into its own market competition advantages.Through this study,we find that the problems existing in the marketing activities of V Machinery Company are quite obvious,which makes the marketing activities of V Machinery Company unable to transform its own superior products into competitive advantages,and the development of customer relationship management activities will be hindered.Therefore,it is very important for V Machinery Company to use scientific marketing mode to improve its marketing management level.Through objective analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the marketing activities of V Machinery Company at the present stage,which can make V Machinery Company attach importance to the development of marketing activities to a certain extent.Based on the characteristics of the operation and development of machinery manufacturing enterprises,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of V machinery company's marketing,and analyses the marketing environment of machinery manufacturing industry at this stage,then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for V machinery company to carry out marketing management activities as a large-scale machinery manufacturing enterprise,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures combined with marketing strategies.The first part of this paper combs the research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,and puts forward the research background and significance of this paper;the second part mainly combines 4P marketing theory and customer relationship management theory to summarize the theory of this paper,which provides marketing theory support for this study;the third part is to analyze the operation and development of V Machinery Company,and the current level of V Machinery Company.The fourth part combines the internal and external environment,carries on SWOT analysis to V Machinery Company,and provides help for the formulation and implementation of marketing strategy;the fifth part combines the marketing activities of V Machinery Company to carry out the needs,clarifies the principles of marketing strategy and the objectives of marketing activities,and puts forward the company's marketing strategy combined with 4P theory;Six parts put forward the safeguard measures of V machinery company's marketing strategy from many aspects.Finally,it is the summary and Prospect of this paper.Hope that through this study,V Machinery Company marketing activities to carry out more fully,improve the level of marketing on the basis of their own comparative advantages.
