More and more attentions have been paid to the construction of ecological civilization,the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility(CSR).The researches of CSR performance concentrate on their benefits,especially the economic benefits.The researches of CSR motivations concentrate on the presses from stakeholders,the requirements of rules and regulations,the ethical leadership.Few studies concentrate on the features of senior managers and performances of social responsibilities.With the Upper Echelons Theory,the thesis analyzes the information of official websites,median news,management discussions and the financial reports,discusses the expert management,indicates the impact paths between CSR and senior managers' features and the resulting CSR performances.The case company is FPI that was built by expert management with a comparison of Hexing Electronical which is without expert management in the same industry.It enriches the research of CSR performances from the perspective of professional management.The research finds that the senior managers of FPI company are all experts.They have high academic background.Their majors highly match their duties.They have high skills.Based on the evaluation system of Hexun Net and the analysis of references,FPI Company CSR performance is evaluated in six parts which are shareholder responsibility,employee responsibility,supplier and consumer responsibility,government and community responsibility,environmental responsibility and responsibility management.The expert background brings abundant experiences to senior managers.Senior managers' values,experiences and knowledge impacts FPI CSR performances through public relationships under the Upper Echelons Theory,which helps the company win rich resources,build information disclosure system and fulfill its responsibilities for shareholders.The expert background impacts senior managers' values which develop the corporate values with fair.It requires FPI shares reasonable wage growth and good employee treatments,fulfilling its responsibilities for employees.The corporate values with fair and customer first also influence the relationship of suppliers and customers.FPI have better cooperation,stable customers and kinds of customer services which shows that it performs good in supplier responsibility and customer responsibility.The expert management have various social positions and instruct the company to support national strategy and industry development.FPI construct enterprise culture with community activities and social welfare programs.It indicates that FPI performs well in governmental responsibility and communal responsibility.As for the environmental responsibility,its contributions to environment are R&D Output of Environmental Protection Products.The knowledge of senior managers makes them to value R&D.They train talents,develop and learn technology to give the company sustainable innovations.The analysis of R&D tells that FPI has high R&D input and excellent output with several important awards.Its superior service and highquality products lead the industry and help environmental protections.Corporate Values of FPI and the systems of internal audit and accountability indicates that FPI has positive performances in responsibility management.While it can improve its CSR information disclosure and supplier management.Three suggestions to FPI for its CSR reports lack and shortage in supplier responsibility.FPI should publish CSR report and establish special columns to disclose social responsibility information.And to strengthen the fulfillment of supplier's responsibility is also initial for FPI.It should build purchase system such as supplier selection system and disclose the related information to public,enriching its combinations with suppliers.A CSR internal department can be established to lead the work of CSR and improve communications.
