Since the mid-1960 s,the research on enterprise value has gradually emerged in the United States.Many enterprises pay great attention to the management of enterprise value.Enterprise value has become an important indicator to measure the business performance of enterprises.Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on the factors affecting the enterprise value,but the research mainly focuses on the financial factors,few scholars start from the external factors.At present,the process of economic integration is advancing,science and technology are advancing,and the development environment of enterprises is more complex.For enterprises,market conditions can affect enterprise value in different ways.Based on the current economic situation,this paper analyzes in detail how the market situation affects the enterprise value.Based on a large number of literature analysis,this paper uses the relevant research paradigm of industrial organization theory for reference,brings enterprise behavior factors into the research category,explores the link between market conditions and the impact of enterprise value,and constructs a market conditions enterprise behavior enterprise value impact model.Based on the concept analysis of the two factors of market condition and enterprise behavior,the paper studies each factor respectively,and deduces six paths of the influence of market condition on enterprise value by using logical analysis method according to the relationship between each factor.In this paper,XG company is taken as a case,and the performance is based on six path models,which directly or indirectly affect the change of enterprise behavior under different market conditions,and because of the above changes,affect the promotion or reduction of enterprise value.Finally,the paper puts forward the focus of XG company's enterprise value promotion,and analyzes the strategy of enhancing enterprise value from the two perspectives of market and enterprise operation affected by market,so as to help enterprises make correct business behavior and enhance their own value under different market changes.Through detailed argumentation,this paper finds that the market condition has a certain impact on the enterprise value on the basis of influencing the operation behavior.This has broadened the research on enterprise value promotion mainly from financial factors or internal factors,and enriched the content of enterprise value research.At the same time,the paper takes XG company as an example to demonstrate and improve the practicability of the research content.
