In the era of knowledge explosion,excellent talents have become one of the important factors of enterprise competitiveness,and the introduction of talents is becoming more and more important for enterprises.Recruitment is not only an important means for enterprises to obtain human resources,but also one of the most important tasks of human resources department.Through scientific recruitment,on the one hand,enterprises can acquire the necessary labor resources in time,on the other hand,they can also tap and acquire high-quality talents to win the advantages of talent competition for enterprises.Therefore,to do a good job in recruiting plays a decisive role in promoting the long-term development of enterprises.To formulate a scientific and reasonable recruitment strategy is one of the core of recruitment work.Recruitment strategy is an important guideline for enterprises to recruit talents,which can effectively improve the efficiency of recruitment decision-making.Continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment strategy is an important means to ensure that enterprises occupy a favorable position in the talent competition in the market.Taking Futuris Company as an example,this article focuses on the theme of "optimization of recruitment strategy".This paper systematically cardings the relevant literature in the field of recruitment in human resources management,and then refers to and analyzes the relevant theories of recruitment at home and abroad,analyzes its recruitment strategy and puts forward optimization measures.Specifically,it first analyses the current recruitment situation and effectiveness of Futuris Company.And then through questionnaires and statistical analysis,we found that there’re many problems exist in the current recruitment work of Futuris Company,such as inaccurate recruitment planning,insufficient diversity of recruitment channels,simplified evaluation methods and lack of professionalism of recruitment team,etc.Subsequently,this article makes a detailed demonstration and analysis of these problems and puts forward a series of optimization measures for the recruitment strategy of Futuris Company by using PDCA cycle model,six-dimensional model of post competency,six-degree separation theory,Adam Smith division of labor and other recruitment related theories.In view of recruitment strategy,it mainly improves and optimizes from two aspects of organization and channel.Finally,the article introduces the specific implementation of the optimization scheme of employee recruitment strategy of Futuris Company in detail from the aspects of formulation of implementation plan,internal and external publicity,training and so on,and it also provides corresponding support and guarantee from organization,finance and system.By optimizing recruitment strategies,the recruitment efficiency of Futuris Company has been improved and the cost of recruitment has been saved,which will not only help it introduce more excellent talents and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,but also lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of enterprises.In addition,this paper is also of great significance to the study of how to do a good job of recruitment in the context of new media social networking.
