Study On The Government Countermeasures For The Unbalanced Group Standard Interests From The Perspective Of Distributive Justice

With the comprehensive deepening of China's standardization system reform and the further improvement of the standard system,group standards play an increasingly important role in the process of improving the level of market economy development in China.The makers and users of group standards are the core interests of group standards.The balance and fairness of the distribution of interests between group standards and users is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of group standards.However,the reality situation of the distribution of group standard interests in China has the dilemma of imbalance in the distribution of group standard interests,which hinders the further development of group standards.This study first explores the extreme causes of the imbalance in the group's standard interest.By summarizing and analyzing the interests of the group standard setters and users in the real situation,it is considered that the group standard setters input and output imbalance and group standard users.Faced with high costs,it is a realistic manifestation of the imbalance of the group's standard interests.The reasons for the imbalance of group standard interests are the dilemma of interest-differentiated interests,the irrational dilemma caused by profit-seeking behaviors,and the difficulty of coordinating market failures.Based on the theoretical perspective of distributional justice,this study demonstrates the necessity of the imbalance of standard interest of government coordination groups.It is believed that the government standard interest imbalance policy should be designed from two basic dimensions: the promotion of group standards and the promotion of groups Standardized protection of equal interests.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this study summarizes the case studies of the government's standard interest imbalance government coordination practice,summarizes the effective experience of the government's standard interest imbalance government countermeasures,and finally proposes the optimization proposal of the government standard interest imbalance government countermeasures.
