Printing is an industry with long history and closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Currently,there are nearly 100,000 printing enterprises in China,while great majority are small and medium-sized private enterprises,most of which have shortcomings in capital,technology and modern enterprise management concepts.Especially,with the development of the Internet and the rise of e-commerce,the traditional printing industry is faced with new challenges and opportunities.The competition among enterprises is more fierce,and there are many problems such as lack of strategic planning,unclear strategic positioning and undefinite development direction.The pressure brought by homogenized business competition is compelling enterprises to improve their core capability by adjusting development strategies and strengthening internal management,so as to break through obstacles and get the internal power of sustainable development.This thesis takes the small and medium-sized private enterprise—— Chongqing JR printing company as the research object.It is through field investigation and staff interview of JR company,basing on the strategic management theory,synthesizing the results of SWOT analysis and SPACE matrix quantization,and getting the development strategy suitable for the company at the present stage——Overall cost leadership,then discussing the specific implementation path of the strategy.Finally,the thesis puts forward guarantee measures for Chongqing JR printing company strategy-implementing from five aspects: organizational structure,human resources,corporate culture,financial management and marketing.Based on Chongqing JR printing company development strategy exists not clear and other problems,which has certain representativeness during the small and medium-sized private printing enterprises.The thesis hopes to make full use of internal-external resources and advantages of the company through the investigation,research,analysis and arrangement of it current situation in order to improve and adjust the strategic planning in the new economic development situation,as well as achieve the sustainable development to provide certain reference and lessons-drawing for JR printing company together with similar enterprises.
