Study On Investment Promotion Envronment Optimization In Gansu Province Based On Inverstor Satisfaction

Before and after 2018,the global formed a new economic background,the establishment and development of Asian investment banks,promote the sound development of China's investment environment,but also put forward new requirements for attracting investment.Gansu,as an important province on the new Silk Road,has also made progress with the development of the country in recent years,which has obviously improved in two aspects of attracting investment,one is scale,the other is quality.But we should also soberly see the gap,especially compared with the coastal areas and the more developed areas in the south.Therefore,in the process of attracting investment and investment environment construction,Gansu Province has its own characteristics,but there are Overall,the investment environment is qualitative The quantity can not meet the needs of economic development.In order to build a good business environment,the government can carry out comprehensive evaluation of business environment quality and publish the results to promote the improvement of business environment according to the World Bank's "Business Environment Index ".District,vigorously support cadres to serve enterprises,and entrepreneurs to move around normally.This paper summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,expounds the related concepts,theories and main elements of investment environment,and makes a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of some investment enterprises in the economic environment,social and cultural environment,natural environment,infrastructure environment and political and legal environment of Gansu Province.The significance of this study is that under the new background of expanding the scope of attracting investment,Gansu can find the way to optimize the environment of attracting investment from five aspects: economic environment,social and cultural environment,natural environment,infrastructure environment and political and legalenvironment,so as to maximize the work of attracting investment in Gansu and promote the economic development of the whole province to a new level.The conclusion of this paper is to analyze the problems of talents,policies and government services in the investment environment of attracting investment in Gansu Province through investigation and demonstration,and find out the relevant countermeasures.
