A Research On Investment Attraction Of Yanji City

This paper is based on the real situation of Yanji city with the investment attraction as the point cut to analyze and find out the main problems and reasons caused by the rapid development of economy and the international economic crisis. The purpose of this paper is to propose feasible concrete countermeasures in order to optimize economic structure of Yanji city and promote the all-round, coordinative and sustainable development of economy of Yanbian region. The use of both domestic and foreign capital in the investment attraction plays a promoting role in the economic development of Yanji city. As a whole, however, there are several problems in the investment attraction including such as relatively small investment scale, difficulties in introducing supporting program, unreasonable investment industry structure, and lack of effective new growth point and so on. All these problems should be solved by these ways. First, attract powerful project positively to make investment attraction to be a high-order position by combining the industrial advantage and resource advantage of Yanji city, doing preparation work in attracting large project by aiming at famous enterprise in domestic and overseas to import leading industry project and base type of industrial projects. Second, optimize the investment structure of three industries. To make industrial investment as a breakthrough with actual condition of Yanji city to further increase the manufacturing industry so as to attract foreign investment and achieve new breakthroughs in the use of foreign capital to accelerate the first industrial such as agriculture, biology and so on. Third, strengthen the service consciousness to create a favorable investment environment, continuously improve the soft environment construction, and improve the efficiency of service, Adhere to the tracking service, door-to-door service and active service, solve the problem for enterprise with a high sense of responsibility and good working attitude to create a pro-business atmosphere, to win the trust and support of enterprises. Fourth, using the ways of strengthening the degree of investment and broadening the investment channels to speed up the investment promotion in western developed countries and areas and improve the absorption of foreign capital scale and quality at a higher level to upgrade industrial technology level and the scale benefit of Yanji city, Effectively optimize the economic structure of Yanji City to transfer the resource advantage, geographical advantage into economic advantage. In addition, with the rapid flow of international capital development in modern society, there is a close relationship between the utilization of foreign capital and the outbreak of the international financial crisis. Therefore, not only use foreign capital but also face the negative effects brought by foreign capital. It is not a right way to rely on foreign capital of one country or region, but using reasonable allocation of domestic capital and foreign capital.
