As a pillar industry in the traditional industry,the traditional gear box has both the attributes of general merchandise and more in line with the character istics of general industrial products.Although the country is faced with a varie ty of internal and external environmental changes,the overall development of China's manufacturing industry undergoes little change and still advances stably.The annual growth rate in some subdivided sectors,such as the plastic machi nery industry and chemical mixing industry,even exceeds the annual growth ra te of GDP.The business of Renord(China)has been in China market over 10 years.Most of old sales strategy helped company to win some success for somehow reason in the beginning of period.Many of people in company found the old sales strategy has some issue to face new developing market.For instance,following the production as the sales driving,there is no STP market analysis and did not focus segmentation market,all associate total engagement still need to be improved,which all impact the improvement of competition advantage.So it's very important management issue of adjusting and optimizing existing marketing strategy to adapt the change of external market and company internal.It's also important to keep constant growing and segment competition advantage to serve the balanced progress of manufacturing industry.The paper takes marketing innovation of gear-box product of Renord(China)as the research topic.Base on investigation and diagnosis of customer satisfaction,deeply analyze the existing issue of company in the marketing process of gear box through the literature,comparative and investigation research etc.And then,beginning from analyze the target market strategy,research the characteristic of consumption of segmentation and target accounts of Renord China gear box product.As following,raise up a list optimization for company product,price,channel,promotion and service base on marketing environment and demand of consumer.After that,give some the guarantee measures for the marketing strategy of gear box are put forward,so that the formulated marketing strategy can be successfully implemented.It's clear after research that the company needs to take the market driving to set up the sales strategy to adapt the change of new market and get company to develop very fast.Focus on the target market and customer,provide high quality product and service,to get the customers to feel all value from the suppler higher than the pure money value they paid.This typical new marketing strategy will get company to get final success.Finally,The paper aims to apply marketing theory to the business of Renord(China),to help the company get rid of the situation that lacks theoretical guidance through marketing strategies and improve the difficult situation of business re-growth.This will improve the development of the gear box of Renord Company,and also have certain reference significance for other gear box manufacturing enterprises.
