The development of software and information service industry represents the important strategic value of a country or a region.The rapid development of software and information service industry is of great significance to the country or region where it is located.It is one of the industries with the strongest development momentum in China in recent years.Daqing Lianhui technology co.,ltd.was established in 2003 with a registered capital of 50.1 million yuan,which is an enterprise characterized by technical services and system integration.Daqing Lianhui is mainly engaged in IT product sales,software development,product maintenance,etc.,and has been providing customers with high-quality services for a long time.In the face of more and more competitors joining the industry and other comprehensive factors,Daqing Lianhui shows more and more problems in strategic management.Therefore,in order to achieve the sustainable development of the company,it is necessary to develop strategic goals that suits Daqing Lianhui its own situation and maintain its own advantages,so as to become a leader in the industry.This paper takes Daqing Lianhui as a specific case,which is based on the strategic management theory,competitive strategy theory,to analyze and study the shortcomings of the enterprise in the current market positioning.First,by using PEST analysis and Porter's five-forces model,the company's current external macro environment is analyzed,and the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE)is developed.Secondly,from the company's resources and capabilities,core competitiveness and other aspects,the internal environment of the company is analyzed,and the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE)is developed.Then,by means of SWOT analysis,the alternative strategies of overall cost leadership,differentiation strategy,market focus strategy are formulated,and the quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)is used to determine the differentiation strategy adopted by Daqing Lianhui technology co.,ltd.The competitive strategic directions of system integration differentiation,product differentiation and service differentiation are proposed,and a series of safeguards and measures are formulated for the implementation of the strategy.In this paper,there are subjective factors of management and employees in the questionnaire survey and evaluation and scoring process of CPM matrix and QSPM matrix models.Therefore in the process of implementing the strategy in the future,we should closely combine with the market conditions and market space,and constantly observe the market,so as to timely adjust and optimize the company's competitive strategy.It is hoped that enterprises are similar to Daqing Lianhui may learn from it for better development and jointly promote the benign development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the software and information service industry.
