Human society has entered the information age from the industrial age,and various information technologies have been widely developed and applied,which are fundamentally changing our social and economic life.With the continuous development of information technology itself,new technologies continue to emerge and merge with traditional industries.The software and information technology service industry has developed into a basic,global,strategic,and pioneering industry that has a bearing on the national economy and social development.For a long time to come,the information technology industry will be a huge market.Shanghai Dophy Info&Tech Co.,Ltd.was founded in 2012.Its market positioning is to provide information system product distribution,information system integration,information technology service outsourcing and other information system infrastructure products and services to customers and partners in channels,enterprises and governments.Since 2016,due to fierce market competition,sinking customer demand,lack of regional advantages,and poor talent training,etc.,it can only maintain customers in Shanghai and individual foreign regional markets.Sales revenue growth has stagnated and the company's development has entered a platform stage.The core questions include: in a fiercely competitive environment,how to increase sales revenue and profit? How to obtain a long-term competitive advantage to ensure the long-term development of the company?Based on the relevant theories and tools of strategic management,this thesis analyzes the internal and external environment of Dophy to identify the key factors that affect the Dophy's competitive strategy,such as the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages;simultaneously,it analyzed the three types of competition strategies that Dophy can implement(ie cost-leading strategies,differentiated strategies,and centralized strategies);finally,the QSPM matrix was used to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the three types of competition strategies.It was found that the differentiation strategy has obvious advantages,became a competitive Strategy for the Dophy.In addition,the thesis formulated specific measures to implement a differentiated strategy from four aspects: products,services,channels,and brands.It identified related safeguards: the financing needed to implement the differentiated strategy,optimized the talent structure,launched typical new programs,strengthened domestic cooperation,standardized and transformed the information system,increased R & D investment and productization.It also clarified the implementation of strategic controls such as budget control,cultural control,capital control,information system control,and external risk control,provided acomplete set of differentiated competitive strategies for the Dophy.
