As the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives deepens,and according to the spirit of the document "No.11 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives".It emphasizes to strengthen the organizational structure,democratic supervision and democratic management.In order to improve farmers' participation and right to speak in cooperatives,the development of Farmers' Professional Cooperative has also become diversified.Some of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives are changed from virtual to real,from small to large,from weak to strong.The simple and traditional organizational structure can`t be adapted to the development of economic and also can`t provide of the service function of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives.Therefore,the organizational structure and management model of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives also need to adjustment and improve.This article analyzes the situation of GX Farmer Professional Cooperative,and analyzes the management vulnerabilities in the existing organizational structure,such as financial management vulnerabilities,internal control vulnerabilities,asset management vulnerabilities,business and function mismatch issues,and lack of communication.This article compared the typical cases of farmer professional cooperatives in Japan and Taiwan,and simply analyzed the lessons that can be drawn,so as to design the organizational structure of GX Farmer Professional Cooperative.So that it can better adapt to economic development and serve agriculture. |
