Study On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Land Circulation Willingness In The Red Line Area Of Key Ecological Protection In Hebei Province

Land circulation and appropriate scale management are the only way to develop modern agriculture,which is of great significance to promote the intensive use of land resources and improve the income level of farmers.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the burden of land resources is increasing.It is urgent to improve the efficiency of land use and protect the ecological security of land,and also to promote the transfer of rural land circulation.The red line area of key ecological protection is the bottom line of ecological environment security.It plays a key role in maintaining regional ecological security and sustainable economic and social development.The land circulation in this area has its particularity.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of rural land circulation in the red line area of ecological protection for promoting the transformation of the willingness to the circulation behavior,promoting the economic development of rural areas and promoting the protection of ecological security.This paper takes the red line area of the key ecological protection in Hebei Province as the research area,based on the field survey data.First of all,combing the relevant literature about the current situation of rural land circulation,the research on key ecological protection red line areas,the research on factors affecting farmers' willingness of circulation,and summarizes the application of property rights theory,land rent theory,scale economy theory,farmers' behavior theory and sustainable development theory in this study.Secondly,summarize and analyze the basic situation of the red line area of the key ecological protection,and combine with the survey data to carry out a descriptive analysis of the resources and environment of the key ecological protection red line area,summarized the problems existing in the rural land circulation of the key ecological protection red line area.Thirdly,from the perspective of farmers' subjective wishes,the paper selects the basic characteristics of farmers,the cognition of ecological environment protection,the cognition of land circulation and the expectation of land circulation to analyze the correlation with the willingness of land circulation.Then,based on the relevant analysis conclusion,the logistic regression model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of rural land circulation.Thestudy found that seven influencing factors,such as livestock farming in household income sources,income from farming in family income,natural factors such as wind and sand salinity in the cause of soil quality decline,circulation behavior,land ownership,expected lease term and expected transfer price,have significant effects on farmers' willingness of circulation.Finally,based on empirical analysis,combined with the current situation of the red line area of key ecological protection and the problems in land circulation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that are conductive to promoting the rural land circulation in the ecological protection line area.We should improve the agricultural production technology level of farmers in the red line area,stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers for land circulation;strengthen the management and control within the red line area,improve the environmental protection awareness of farmers;vigorously publicize the land circulation information,strengthen the awareness of farmers in the red line area;set a reasonable circulation period and price,improve the land circulation rate;promote the characteristic industry,realize the coordinated development with ecology;strictly observe the ecological land within the ecological protection red line,protect the ecological protection.
