| The exhibition industry is an important part of the modern service industry.The development of the exhibition industry is of great significance for improving the local economic development and popularity.Due to the huge development potential and the great economic driving effect,the exhibition industry has been favored by governments at all levels and city managers.Both have taken the development of the exhibition industry as an important measure to promote industrial upgrading and economic development.In the context of vigorously developing the convention and exhibition economy in various regions and cities,county-level cities are also deeply aware of the significance of developing the convention and exhibition industry for their own development.After years of development,county-level cities have gradually built some large-scale exhibition centers,hosted a number of well-known exhibitions,and promoted local economic development and popularity.However,there are also many practical difficulties and challenges in the development of the county exhibition industry: low utilization of venues,some exhibition venues face idleness,fewer brand exhibitions,low professionalism,and lack of professionals related to conventions and exhibitions.This article analyzes the development status of county-level exhibition industry and understands the development level,problems and characteristics of county-level exhibition industry as a whole.Then,the 17 top 100 counties with typical representatives were taken as the research object to conduct a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the development capacity of the county's exhibition industry.The research contents of this article are mainly as follows: First,the county 's exhibition industry development capability evaluation index system is constructed through the Porter diamond model.Second,the county's exhibition industry development capability is qualitatively analyzed based on the evaluation index system.Then,the analytic hierarchy process The entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of the classification indicators.The TOPSISI model is used to comprehensively evaluate the development capacity of the exhibition industry of 17 county-level cities,and the cluster analysis of the development capacity of the county-level exhibition industry is performed.The coupling coordination of the three major subsystems is measured.According to the qualitative analysis of the development status of the exhibition industry,it was found that the county-level exhibition industry has developed rapidly,but there are still problems such as low grade energy levels,low degree of specialization and marketization,and lack of professional talents.According to quantitative analysis of the development capacity of the exhibition industry,it is found that the county area The development capability of the exhibition industry has a large gap and the development level of most cities is not high.According to the analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship,it is found that the development of the exhibition industry's core competitiveness and related supporting conditions is relatively lagging behind.Aiming at the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the development capacity of the county's exhibition industry: First,we must improve the exhibition industry's energy level,actively cultivate the main body of the exhibition,strengthen the construction of the exhibition talent team,and improve and coordinate the development mechanism of the exhibition industry.Second,We must promote the development of the county's comprehensive economic strength,promote the healthy development of the tertiary industry,and strengthen foreign trade links.Finally,we must promote the county's exhibition industry to support industrial development and focus on strengthening the coordination mechanism between the exhibition industry and related industries. |
