High-Tech Industry R&D Capability And Performance Of Coupling Coordination Relations Research

The 18th national congress of the communist party of china proposed important instructions, including driving business growth by research and development, accelerating economics through innovation. As the most concentrated field of research and development, high-tech industry is in the rapid growth stage, which made innovation part closely to product and market and Provide strong support for the economic lifeline. According to PSR evaluation model theories, there is an interaction mechanism between the R&D capacity and performance of high-tech industry, taking into account both the R&D capacity industry benefits with a strong driving force, but also considering the rationalization of R&D investment and paying attention to the market to digest and profit. In order to improve regional competitiveness, this is the problem how to maintain the regional energy, power and sustainability, involving the coupling coordination about R&D ability and performance.With the chinese government offering strong support to the high-tech industry, it becomes the focus of high-tech industry, how to accurately devote resources to technological innovation, how to make the performance of high-tech industry entered a new stage, to seek a balance point between the R&D capability and performance in high-tech industry and promote the sustainable development of the industry, enhance regional competitiveness. Summarizing the existing theoretical and empirical research results at home and abroad, this paper is based on the situation of the high-tech industry development in 31 provinces and cities, firmly grasps the two major systems of R&D and industrial performance. R&D and performance coupling coordination is researched in order to improve the regional competitiveness and follow the rule of sustainable development. Mostly the main ideas of this paper:(1) the concept of high technology industry; (2) analysis the relationship of R&D capacity and performance; (3) based on the development of 31 provinces area high-tech industry, analysis the R&D ability and performance characteristics; (4) the overall analysis of the high-tech industry R&D capacity and performance, above the province as the evaluation unit; (5) based on the development of the R&D capability and performance coupling coordination, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
