| China’s economy is on the key road of entering the new normal,which has changed the previous mode of economic development."stabilizing growth,adjusting structure and promoting reform" has become the strategic policy of China’s economic development.The development of the new normal economy will have an important impact on banks and other financial institutions,as well as on rural credit cooperatives.Rural credit cooperative is the main financial institution in rural areas of our country,and it is an important force to support "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" service and promote rural revitalization,but its management is facing severe challenges.At this stage,the credit business of rural credit cooperatives has become the focus of attention.This paper uses asset-liability risk management theory,information asymmetry theory and comprehensive risk management theory,field investigation and case analysis to analyze the rural credit cooperatives in B county under the new normal economy.First of all,this paper introduces the reasons for choosing B county rural credit cooperatives,and then obtains the data about the operation of B county rural credit cooperatives through field investigation,and finds the existing problems of B county rural credit cooperatives from the data.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of credit risk management of rural credit cooperatives in B county under the new economic normal,including the deficiency of traditional credit risk management,the advantages of credit risk management based on the new economic normal and the new services that can be provided.At the same time,there are three reasons for rural credit cooperatives in B County.Finally,according to the characteristics and problems of rural credit cooperatives in B county,the paper puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: first,the disposal strategy of non-performing loans;second,improve the customer credit rating evaluation method;third,improve the system and establish an early warning system to identify credit concentration.According to the analysis of the causes of the problem,and then through the analysis of the influencing factors of credit risk,we can know which factors are more important for rural credit cooperatives in B county from a quantitative point of view.This can better put forwardsuggestions and countermeasures for the current credit risk management of rural credit cooperatives in B county,and can also provide new directions and new ideas for the credit risk management of rural credit cooperatives in Hebei Province. |
