| In the era of credit economy, As an important part of the financial system, the management and controlling the credit risks of commercial banks is obviously very important. Since the accession to the WTO, the management of commercial banks in China has got some good progress, however, up to date,compare with the fiist-class banks in the world, there are still a great deals of questions in the credit risk-management system of commercial banks in China, we still see some obviously problems and shortages which we cannot ignore。Now, the economy of China has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth which is defined as the New normal of economy. With the economic growth slow down, the risk of enterprise’s infringement is growing, this situation will affect the stable management of banks, and constraint the ability of banks to serve the economy. Since 2012, the steel trade industry in Yangze river delta and Guangdong Shunde district has live through serious credit crisis, the bank which I serve for was impacted too.I selected the Shunde steel trade industry crisis as an epitome of New normal of economy of China, to explore how to optimize the management and controlling the credit risks of commercial banks. Before the start to the writing of this paper, I made some investigation and analysis on the Shunde steel trade industry present situation, and how commercial Banks carry out the steel trade credit business, and visited several steel trade enterprises. Those First-hand materials and data, laid a solid foundation for the writing.So, in this paper, firstly, I will outline the theory of credit risk and the current situation of our country commercial bank credit risk management, and then, I analyze the cause of the steel trade credit crisis of Sunde, such as economic environment, the Shunde steel trade enterprise’s own development dilemma, the influence of guarantee circle, the excessive credit of Banks.And then,based on the position of a secondary branch of a bank, I will analyze some specific problems of the commercial bank credit risk management, and look for some optimizing countermeasures and solutions. The research result of this paper is an academic discussion, what’s more, is an reference for my practice of management. |
