Since the 21 st century,the core competitiveness of enterprises is not only reflected in the high level of products,scientific and effective management,first-class brand marketing and other aspects,but also in the outstanding unique corporate culture.With the development and progress of The Times,there are more and more enterprises seeking to expand at the same time,gradually began to pay attention to the construction of corporate culture.However,the theoretical and practical research on enterprise culture in China is relatively later than that in the west,and the theoretical system and construction mode still need to be improved.In the era of globalization,the market competition is increasingly fierce,further strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,combined with their own development advantages,and continue to optimize and improve,so as to give full play to the outstanding vitality and powerful functions of excellent enterprise culture has gradually become a major issue that domestic enterprises of all kinds cannot avoid.Especially in the rapid economic development,the degree of information gradually improved,affected by food safety,environmental pressure,fierce market competition and other factors,the domestic small noodle and flour processing industry integration efforts to further increase,survival pressure to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,consumer personalized demand to promote product market segmentation.The brutal market competition continuously promotes the enterprises to enhance the cultural construction,strives to seek the core internal advantages,enhances the hematopoiesis function and the added value of the enterprises,promotes the long-term stable sustainable development,gradually changes from the previous emphasis on short-term interests and "price war" to the emphasis on long-term development "culture war".In this paper,three dimensions of concept recognition,behavior recognition and visual recognition in CIS theory are introduced by using literature research method and investigation method to comprehensively analyze the corporate culture construction of H company.Through the back of the results of questionnaire survey,found that H company at present problems in the construction of enterprise culture,such as the cultural infiltration of mandatory cultural symbolization,strong pertinence to enterprise culture into difficult problems,combined with the actual situation of enterprise development and to find and to analyze causes of three levels and make full use of CIS theory,in view of the problems found in optimization solutions and Suggestions are put forward.This paper hopes that through the analysis and optimization of the current situation of enterprise culture of H company,it can help the company to understand its own enterprise culture more clearly and thoroughly,continue to expand and carry forward the advantages,and make timely improvement and improvement of the existing problems.At the same time,we also hope to provide some references and inspirations for other enterprises in cultural construction,and encourage more and more enterprises to pay more attention to the construction of corporate culture,so as to make corporate culture an inexhaustible driving force for the development of enterprises.
