Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of YB Company

In recent years,with the aggravation of population aging and the improvement of people's health care awareness,people's demand for medical products is increasing,and the development prospect of the pharmaceutical industry is broad,but the competition is also more intense.In order to stand out in the fierce competition,we need to control the company's financial risk and avoid unnecessary losses.Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has the characteristics of large R &D investment,strict quality requirements and high cost of sales and promotion,and its own financial risk is relatively complex.In addition,in recent years,the country has deepened the reform of the medical system,and put forward more stringent requirements for the production and quality management of the pharmaceutical industry.With the continuous tightening of medical insurance control fees,the pharmaceutical industry is facing the risk of price reduction,and the requirements for financial risk control of the pharmaceutical industry are further improved.This paper takes YB pharmaceutical company as the research object,selects the financial data from 2014 to 2018,introduces the efficiency coefficient method to analyze the financial risk,explores the causes of the risk,and puts forward the methods to effectively control the financial risk of the company.Firstly,the paper identifies the financial risk of the enterprise from three aspects of financing activities,investment activities and operation activities,and clarifies the change and development trend of financial risk of YB company in 2014-2018.Secondly,construct the financial risk evaluation system,select the appropriate financial risk evaluation indexes from the four aspects of profitability,operation ability,solvency and development ability,determine the weight of each index with entropy method,obtain the evaluation results with efficiency coefficient method,and further analyze the financial risk of YB company and explore the causes.It is found that high operating cost,insufficient investment in R &D,poor management level of inventory and accounts receivable and unreasonable debt structure are the main causes of financial risks.Furthermore,it is proposed that YB company should improve production technology to control costs,strengthen R &D investment,especially research and development of innovative drugs,expand sales channels and combine production with sales,and formulate reasonable credit system at the same time In order to provide an effective way for the company's risk control,we should collect the debt,realize diversified financing and optimize the debt structure.
