Research On Wheat Planting In Huaxian County, Henan Province

Wheat is one of the three main crops in China.Its sustainable development is related to the food security of our country.Since the reform and opening-up,China's wheat harvest year after year,but the market has appeared in the "dilemma" of wheat trading,resulting in the increase of China's wheat production,import,inventory,the strange " three quantities " increasing phenomenon.The reason is that the supply side of wheat can not adapt to the changes of the demand side due to the unreasonable structure of the planting of wheat in China,causing the structural imbalance of wheat supply and demand relationship.This means that as long as we find and solve the causes of unreasonable structure on the planting,we can solve the problem of adaptability on the supply side of wheat in China,and then keep wheat developing sustainably.Huixian county is located in the main wheat-producing area of our country,which is a big wheat-producing county in China.The author thinks that the reason of the unreasonable supply and demand of wheat in China can be surveyed by studying the optimization of the planting structure of wheat in Huaxuan county.Therefore,the field investigation,comparative analysis,literature research,experience summary,and other methods are used by author to study the planting structure of wheat.By analyzing data after survey,the author found so many problems in the planting,mainly appears in these aspects: In terms of farmland structure,agricultural material structure,and labor structure,there are problems of unreasonable factor structure;in terms of variety structure,there are problems of the low proportion of high-quality and special wheat varieties;in terms of value structure,there are problems of the high-quality and low price of wheat.Through these problems,the author finds out the reasons,that is,the "small-scale farmers" still dominate in the supply-side of wheat in Huixian,and the scale effect and intensive effect of the new agricultural management are not fully displayed.In view of the above problems,the author thinks that only by improving the overall quality of the management body,building the wheat industry ecology,improving the socialized service system,speeding up the popularization and application of agricultural technology and strengthening the policy and financial support can we solve them.The author believes that the innovation of this paper lies in the systematic summary,theoretical induction,and distillation of the optimization path of the planting structure of wheat in Huaxian County,which can provide reference samples for the optimization of the supply-side structure of wheat in China,and even provide practical experience for the sustainable development of wheat in China.The deficiency of this paper lies in that the author tries to deduce that there may be a deviation between chance and necessity in the whole country based on Huaxian County,but the author will treat the problem comprehensively and in accordance with local conditions,and try to avoid the situation of the blindfold.
