Along with the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence,the traditional financial management mode is difficult to effectively support the emerging business development needs,at the same time with the development of our country electric power industry,power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises,the competition between lead to many enterprises credit customers,accounts receivable rise quickly.In this case,how to optimize the related manufacturing enterprise credit management activities is a practical problem to be studied urgently.Mature with the development of information technology at the same time,the “Business and financial integration” become an important direction in enterprise management,but the current research literature about manufacturing sectors is relatively less,not formed systemic research and the research direction is rarely go deep into the concrete link in enterprise management,but also to provide some useful reference for other enterprise's management practice.The credit management under the mode of “Business and financial integration” is a good entry point.Compared with the traditional mode,this mode is theoretically more efficient and can effectively control the accounts receivable risk.This article takes the perspective of “Business and financial integration”,and study a case of the typical firm——Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited.Then take electric industry as a whole and combining the situation of the advantage of its credit management such as accounts receivable management and present form horizontal and vertical comparison of financial analysis,to explore Shanghai Electric's credit management under the mode of “Business and financial integration”.
