SINOLION Industrial Group is a representative private enterprise of auto parts.At present,affected by the overall market downturn of the auto industry,trade frictions between China and the United States and other factors,the auto parts industry as a whole shows a downward trend.With the rapid decline of customer orders,the requirements for product quality are getting higher and higher,and the cost pressure of enterprises is increasing,SINOLION Industrial Group is facing serious survival and development bottlenecks.As a key part of the production and operation,data show that 70%-80% of the total cost of automobiles comes from the purchase process.Therefore,the quality of procurement management determines the survival of auto parts enterprises to a certain extent,so improving procurement management is an important way to reduce the operating costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above reasons,this paper takes SINOLION Industrial Group as the research object,analyzes the future development trend of the enterprise,and according to the macro and industrial environment,develops a procurement plan suitable for the development of the company.First of all,combing the domestic and foreign procurement management related literature and theoretical basis to provide theoretical basis for the research of the paper;second,analyzing the problems in the process of enterprise procurement to find out the causes of the problems;third,put forward the optimization plan for the problems,fundamentally solve the problems in the procurement management activities through the improvement of the system,and build a new one Finally,a series of safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme.Through the discovery of the problems existing in the purchasing activities of SINOLION Industrial Group,this paper puts forward that the purchasing should build a perfect supplier management system,strengthen internal control of procurement activities and establish an effective purchasing performance evaluation system on the current basis,so as to achieve efficient purchasing and ensure the healthy development of the enterprise.The conclusion of the study not only plays a reference role in the future developmentdecision-making of SINOLION Industrial Group,but also has some reference significance for other similar enterprises.
