Research On Space Differentiation And Positioning Of Rural Regional Functions

With the proposal of the 19 th National Congress on the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the research on rural regional functions oriented by production,life and ecology has become the key content and frontier field of the research on rural revitalization geography in the new era.Previous studies on rural regional functions were mostly based on county scale,while functional positioning was mainly based on functional zoning,which led to the imprecision of rural functional positioning and the inconspicuous practical effect of research results.Therefore,this paper takes the town area as the research scale,discusses the evaluation method of rural regional function and the technical method of functional positioning under this scale,and strives to realize the precise positioning of rural regional function of the villages and towns in the research area through this set of methods,and proposes their development strategies based on the positioning results of villages and towns.Firstly,This paper builds a technical framework for functional evaluation and functional orientation of rural areas,specifically as follows: First,this paper establishes a rural regional function evaluation index system based on production,life and ecological functions at the town scale,in which production function includes agricultural production function and economy development function,life function includes life support function and leisure travel function,ecological function is ecological conservation function,and then multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method is used for rural regional function evaluation;secondly,according to the result of rural regional function evaluation,this paper uses the regional functional partition conceptual model to determine the division criteria of functional divisions in each rural area rural village,so as to clarify the functional areas to which each township belongs to the study area.Third,this paper proposes the improved TOPSIS model,which is used as a basis for judging the dominant function and obstacle function of rural areas by the degree to which the evaluation result is close to the positive and negative ideal values.Then,this paper takes Yongtai County as the research example to analyze the spatial characteristics of rural areas.And the results of functional partitioning and leading function positioning are combined to determine the functional positioning results of each township.At the same time,this paper uses the data from 2013 and2015 to correct the rural regional functional positioning results of towns and villages in Yongtai County.Finally,based on the results of the regional functional orientation of each township and village,a targeted strategy was proposed for rural development.The results show that:(1)the spatial differences of rural regional functions in towns and villages in Yongtai County are significant with the feature of alternative distribution in space.(2)combination type of the division of rural regional function in Yongtai county is various with the widest distribution of the production function of the leading area and living-ecological functional areas.(3)The complexity of rural area function is obvious with more interdependent between different functions.(4)the maximum value in space of rural area function cannot be simply determined as the dominant function.(5)The judgment of rural area obstacle function would reflect the rural development characteristics more comprehensively.
