Research On The Construction Of Sichuan New Economic Development Index And Competitiveness Evaluation

The new economy is an important trend in current economic development.It measures the economic transformation and development of a country or region and is an important economic growth mode for the economy to achieve transformation and enhance the competitiveness of the country or region.At present,the new economy of developed countries is in the stage of development and the new domestic economy is still in the primary stage of development.The domestic and international attention to the development of the new economy is self-evident,and the state and relevant departments are paying more and more attention to the development of the new economy.Develop a new economy as a national strategy.Since the new economy is a new economic growth model that exists,there are many factors affecting the growth of the new economy.The new economy also involves all aspects of all walks of life.Measuring the development of the new economy in a timely and accurate manner can not only accelerate economic growth.To achieve economic transformation and development,to seize the commanding heights of the new economic development,we can also clarify the shortcomings in the development of the new economy,and thus enhance the competitiveness of the new regional economy.At present,there is no unified measurement method in China to measure the development of the new economy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a scientific and rational new economic development measurement system to measure the development trend of the new economy.On the basis of extensive study and construction of index system and competitiveness assessment theory knowledge,this paper draws on and absorbs relevant domestic and foreign experience in the construction of new economic indicator system and empirical evaluation of competitiveness,and builds a new economic development index based on the characteristics of new economic development.Based on the standard deviation method,entropy method,coefficient of variation method and step difference maximization evaluation model,the new economic development index is measured,and the new factor competitiveness model is evaluated by the hierarchical factor analysis model.According to the existing literature,based on the principle of comprehensively enriching the new economic development index system and the competitiveness evaluation method,and combining the data availability principle,this paper takes Sichuan Province as the empirical object and comprehensively compares GuangdongProvince,Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province.Chongqing,Guizhou and Guizhou Province,six provinces and cities,an empirical study of Sichuan's new economic development and new economic competitiveness.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through an empirical evaluation of the new economic development index and sub-index,the results show that the Sichuan New Economic Development Index is at a medium level.The innovation capability index and the globalization index are quite different from those in Guangdong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.Compared with the two western regions of Chongqing and Guizhou,Sichuan's new economic development index is higher than that of Chongqing and Guizhou;among them,the innovation capability index and the globalization index The green index is slightly lower than Chongqing.(2)Through the evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of the new economy,the results show that Sichuan's new economic competitiveness score is-0.649465114,ranking second to last,indicating that Sichuan's new economic competitiveness is below average and the new economy is weak.The score of innovation ability competitiveness is-0.3189466,ranking fourth,which is inferior to Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu;the global competitiveness score is-0.330100077,ranking fourth,which is inferior to Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu.In Chongqing and Guizhou;the green competitiveness score is-0.621564676,ranking the last one;the digital intelligent competitiveness score is-0.88250669,ranking the last one;the networked competitiveness score is-0.439124633,ranking second to last.So this paper believes that Sichuan's new economic development is far from the developed regions.Compared with the western region,the new economic development index has a slight advantage,but some sub-indices have a gap compared with other western regions.Sichuan's new economic development still There is a huge upside,especially in terms of innovation and globalization.In addition,Sichuan's new economic competitiveness is lower than the sample provinces and cities,and there is a big gap between the sample provinces and cities in the east.Compared with the western sample provinces and cities,there is basically no competitive advantage.
