The rapid development of economy has created technology becoming more mature,so in manufacturing,technology is more and more homogeneity,the competition between the enterprises and the technology and products competition to service competition,manufacturing service,more and more popular,especially in after-sales service as one of the main chip of competition between enterprises,in order to win in the fierce competition,after-sales service management system optimization is one important way of winning,AMPO company after-sales service system in the development tide also needs to continue exploring.This paper addressed key issues is how to improve customer satisfaction,increase customer delivered value;how to spread the service concept,service providers to help establish and manage efficient service teams;how to expand the service network and improve service efficiency,reduce the service cost;how to solve the problem of psychological pressure of service personnel and how to motivate staff.This paper attempts to study the development of customer service system of AMPO company,analysis of customer service purpose,service management,incentive mechanism,service training,service charges and the cost of specific work in customer service role in the operation,summarize the company customer service experience and lessons,combined with the service concept and service mode of the current international advanced customer service,to explore the correct development direction and help the valve manufacturing industry and the entire manufacturing industry to improve customer service level of service,construction and management of open service ideas,good service team,from simple customer service as soon as possible,across to the new service level full service,service marketing.
