At present,the market competition of catering chain industry is fierce.Under the development pattern of obvious homogeneity of products and diversified needs of target customer groups,scientific construction of marketing mode of catering chain enterprises is very important.On the basis of the increasing number of stores and the gradual shaping of brand competitive advantages of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch,the competitiveness of marketing activities of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch is insufficient,and the investment of marketing resources is also wasted.The managers of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch pay more attention to marketing activities and devote themselves to improving their brand competitiveness through effective marketing mode.However,the marketing resources invested by Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch at this stage have not rapidly changed into marketing advantages,and the market share has also been eroded by competitors.Therefore,Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch urgently needs it.Establish an effective marketing system.Through this study,we can build an effective marketing strategy system for Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch,and improve the marketing influence of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch,which will have a positive impact on the sustainable development of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch.The first part of this paper is an introduction,mainly introducing the research background,significance,content and methods;the second part is a summary of the relevant theories needed in this study,including STP theory,7PS marketing theory and customer relationship management theory,and combs the views of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies in chain business industry;the third part is about Jingren restaurant.The fourth part is the internal environment of Jingren restaurant Dalian Branch,which analyzes its marketing resources,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,etc.;the fifth part is the market segmentation and market positioning;the sixth part puts forward Jingren from five aspects of products,prices,channels,promotions and services The marketing strategy of the restaurant Dalian Branch;the seventh part puts forward the safeguard measures of the marketing strategy of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch,through perfecting the service marketing model to better play the role of the marketing strategy of Jingren Restaurant Dalian Branch;finally,it summarizes the research content of this paper.
