With the continuous development of world economic globalization and the deepening specialization of the division of labor,the enterprises are also constantly improving the operation mode and management methods,the traditional functional departments gradually becoming a burden on businesses during the rapidly changing capital market,the management mode can not meet the demand of the survival of enterprises at the present stage any more,in order to save the cost of non-core,enterprises need to integrate the existing resources aim to put the focus on value-added core areas,to improve their core competitiveness,and the functions of outsourcing is a effective method to solve this problem.In recent years,the blowout development and continuous rising of financial outsourcing enterprises make the competition of outsourcing business increasingly fierce,but this kind of competition brings about the neglect of the details management of outsourcing projects.After investigation,in each enterprise,there are a lot of various problems emerge in endlessly during the undertaking process of outsourcing projects,the details managements are not perfect,also lack of initiative for the improvement,and for this negligence for outsourcing undertaking work,not only endangers the enterprise image,also reduces the satisfactions of existing customers,then impact the long-term development of the enterprises.Financial outsourcing project is the core business of Accenture,and its management model is also a benchmark for other competitive enterprises to follow.This paper,by taking G financial outsourcing project of Accenture information technology co.,ltd.as an example,studies the actual problems in the process of undertaking financial outsourcing projects.First of all,this paper describes the case of the undertaking problems in G project,which mainly includes four aspects: the delay of financial undertaking work for some areas,the non-standard activities of financial outsourcing work,the increased cost of G project and the department conflicts caused by project communication.Then,problems are analyzed by combining the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management,scope management,cost management and conflict management.By searching some literature of project management and using some quite flexible and practical project management tools to solve each problem,such as making resource calendar which could monitor the progress of the project,using Delphi technology to control the scope of outsourcing business,showing budget consumption curves to improve the team's cost awareness,making preventive communication plans to avoid conflicts,and so forth.Finally,some guarantee measures are proposed for the outsourcing project management of the whole company,including outsourcing project management think tank,maturity model and project management training.This paper aims to use a series of scientific methods to improve the details work of outsourcing projects undertaking process,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the field of financial outsourcing,continue to optimize the outsourcing process,so that enterprises can break through the original ceiling and achieve a truly excellent operation mode.The paper,by taking analysis and solving the undertaking problems of G financial outsourcing project of Accenture,not only solved one individual case,but also provided a reference and a thinking way for other outsourcing companies to undertake one project,meanwhile,to push forward the project management theories and methods being used more flexibility and widely in practice,then stimulating the outsourcing companies constantly optimize the undertaking process of outsourcing projects,improving the service quality and making healthy competition between financial outsourcing companies,to achieve outsourcing industry healthy,sustainable and stable development.
