As China's population growth began to slow,and the number of Internet users in China tends to be stable and saturated gradually,coupled with the attitude of the consumers for electricity also chasing from the beginning of a warm and strong demand gradually return to a smooth,and rational of electrical business has been booming in recent years online trading volume gradually into the weakness of the enterprise.Many traditional e-commerce enterprises have started to move from online to offline,integrating online and offline competitive resources to integrate online and offline retail channels.If an enterprise wants to maintain its advantages in the competitive market environment,it must effectively control inventory and reduce operating costs on the basis of rapid response and meeting market demand.In order to reduce the cost of the supply chain,efforts must be made to coordinate and integrate inventory between different channels.This paper takes e-commerce enterprise H as the research object and conducts a series of studies.This paper first investigated the current inventory problems of enterprise H,the sluggish inventory in online channels,and the management problems of decentralized inventory mode still used after the development of offline channels.In order to control the inventory cost of enterprises while combining the development strategy of enterprises,this paper studies whether to consider the ordering strategy of inter-channel inventory transfer under the dual-channel supply chain,in order to find the inventory mode that maximizes the profit of the supply chain.Aiming at the strategy of dual-channel inventory mode,according to the current market situation,this paper proposes to establish the ordering strategy of dual-channel supply chain without considering the two situations of inventory transfer and inventory transfer,and at the same time considers the problem of customer loss in the process of inventory transfer.Then,according to the distributed inventory model,the distributed inventory model considering the inventory transfer and the distributed inventory model considering the customer turnover based on the inventory transfer,the optimal analysis is made respectively,that is,the optimal order quantity and the optimal profit of the supply chain.Finally,based on the simulation analysis of Matlab software,based on the situation of H enterprise,the sensitivity analysis of the transfer price was carried out under threeinventory modes,and the optimal order quantity and the maximum profit of the supply chain of various inventory management modes were studied with the change of each factor,so as to provide reference and basis for the inventory decision of H enterprise.The results obtained not only have practical significance for H company,but also provide reference value for other similar enterprises.
