| In recent years,seasonal resort areas have emerged quietly because of people’s demand for pleasant climate.Seasonal resort is often accompanied by the phenomenon of sojourn.People go to the areas to avoid hot summer or cold winter.In a certain period of time,tourists live here as residents.The consumption of agricultural products increases sharply,which makes the supply of agricultural products in this area insufficient.The overall supply of agricultural products in the region is insufficient,and the original distribution system can not meet the new needs,which leads to the shortage of agricultural products in peak season and the increase of transportation costs.Therefore,the seasonal resort needs to plan a new supply system of agricultural products to meet the seasonal demand,so that the total logistics cost of agricultural products supply is the lowest in a certain natural cycle.This paper constructs the Location-Routing-Inventory optimization model(LRIP model)for seasonal resort’s agricultural product supply.Considering the three-level supply chain,a variety of agricultural product types,multiple vehicle,customer demand changes with the time of the season and other factors,it makes the total cost of Location-Routing-Inventory minimum in a peak season,and make the decision of wholesale market opening time.Finally,this paper selects Su Ma Dang summer resort in Lichuan City of Hubei Province as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of the model.The location scheme,vehicle route scheme and order scheme of the resort are given.The total cost in a peak season and the cost in each period(month)are calculated,and the opening time of the wholesale market of the resort is obtained.. |
