In recent years,our government attaches great importance to the development of intelligent industry.The intelligent kitchen based on innovative technology greatly satisfied people's pursuit of good life.Smart kitchen has great potential,but the popularity is not high.The principle of user-centered is the key to improve the popularity of smart home.This study takes the smart kitchen as a starting point,collects data through questionnaires and web crawlers,discusses users' cognition,attitude and acceptance behavior of smart kitchen,and deeply explores users' needs.First of all,this study adopt the self-designed questionnaire,using both online and offline form to collect data.Through the analysis of users' cognition,attitude and behavior,this study found that users' cognition was poor,and the usefulness and usability of smart kitchen were good,and there were individual differences between different users' cognition,attitude and behavior.This study explored the factors influencing users' acceptance behavior by constructing technology acceptance model(TAM),and found that usefulness and usability have positive effects on users' behavior.Secondly,considering that the focus of research and development and sales is smart kitchen items.This study analyzed the survey question of "smart kitchen items willing to be purchased or used in the future".The analysis identified three smart kitchen items people would most like to buy: smart dishwasher,smart oven and smart refrigerator.Based on Logistic regression algorithm,this paper explores consumers' purchase intention for three different intelligent kitchen utensils and appliances,so as to preliminarily grasp consumers' personalized demand.Thirdly,in order to enrich the research content and further explore consumers' specific concerns and demands for intelligent kitchen utensils and appliances,taking smart dishwashers,smart ovens and smart refrigerators as examples,the study used web crawler tools to obtain user review data in Jingdong e-commerce store mall.This study drew the word cloud map and semantic network map,and based on the LDA theme model,it studied users' emotional tendency and concerns,which finally concluded that installation and distribution,brand quality and after-sales service were the focus of users' attentionFinally,based on the research conclusions,the study puts forward relevant Suggestions for the smart home industry,consumers and e-commerce platforms,hoping to promote the strategic development of " manufacturing + Internet ".
