With the rapid development of modern economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,a lot of problems in the development process of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially the issue such as difference of employees work enthusiasm and a wide range of departure.At the same time,the rapid development of mobile internet has profoundly changed people's consumption habits of information products.In the trend,various mobile applications have emerged,and how to integrate such complex mobile network applications becomes a difficult problem for users to promote themselves.In order to solve this problem,the [.mobile phone] domain name registration bureau has innovated the mode of “mobile domain+micro-portal”,to integrate a variety of mobile applications and an entrance,improve the government and the enterprises and institutions promote efficiency effectiveness.Zhongsheng domain name company is its marketing service center in tianjin.The company is committed to the domain name registration,operation and maintenance,promotion and other services of small and medium-sized enterprises.Due to the lack of attention paid by the company to the employees' incentive problems,the staff's enthusiasm for work is poor.Therefore,it has become a top priority to solve the problem of employee motivation.The main purpose of this study is to study the status quo of employees of zhongsheng domain name company,the problems and deficiencies in the incentive system of employees in the company and explored,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the previous successful experience and combining with the actual situation of the company.Its significance lies in: firstly,reducing the high employee turnover rate,thus reducing the human resource management cost of the enterprise;Second,maintain the enthusiasm of the staff,which is conducive to the business expansion of the enterprise and guarantee the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.Based on the investigation and study,and the method of combining theory and practice of incentive employees of companies in a domain of the current deep research and analysis,and put forward the corresponding incentive countermeasures according to the practical problems,establish a perfect compensation and benefits package,flexible performance evaluation system,set up effective training plan,carry out employee career path design,in order to improve the staff's work enthusiasm and the present situation of the huge loss of personnel,make their work enthusiasm and initiative to the maximum,and make more contribution for the enterprise development.
