Evaluation Of Recreation Value Of Hefei Binhu National Forest Park Based On Meta-Analysis Benefit Transfer

In the context of China’s vigorous promotion of ecological civilization construction,more and more scholars attach importance to the evaluation of the value of natural resources.Treating natural tourism resources as an asset and assessing its recreational value not only conforms to the trend of asset assessment in the new period,but also provides a scientific and rational basis for relevant departments to protect and rationally develop natural tourism resources,thereby avoiding blind development and the consequences of wasting natural resources.As a kind of non-market resources,the value of natural tourism resources is difficult to be determined by the relationship between supply and demand in the market,and is usually measured by the non-market value evaluation method.Foreign research in this area started earlier,and a relatively complete theory and method system has been formed.Among them,the Benefit Transfer Method is widely used in the assessment of the recreational value of natural resources.Domestic research in this area started late.For a long time,scholars have mainly used TCM and CVM technology to evaluate the recreation value of natural resources,and relatively few studies have used the benefit transfer method.On the basis of studying a large number of literatures on benefit transfer methods at home and abroad,this paper systematically summarizes the theory and methods of benefit transfer,and summarizes the models,steps,application conditions and limitations of several benefit transfer methods.This study uses the benefit transfer method based on Meta-analysis to evaluate the recreational value of Hefei Binhu National Forest Park.The benefit transfer database established contains 85 research literatures and a total of 117 research results,and attempts to incorporate more variables into the regression equation.After analysis and calculation,the obtained transfer value is 54.51 yuan per person per year,and the error percentage from the true value is 9.11%.The transfer result is ideal.According to the meta-analysis benefit transfer evaluation,the recreational value of Hefei Binhu National Forest Park in 2013 is 79.696 million yuan,and the recreational value in 2018 is 19.90785 million yuan.This study enriches the empirical research on the evaluation of natural resource recreation value using the benefit transfer method in China,and improves and enriches the evaluation theory and method system of related work to a certain extent.
