Performance Evaluation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Loan In Pucheng County

Pucheng County is located in the north gate of Fujian,with a land area of 3374.7 square kilometers and a population of nearly 420,000.In recent years,with the vigorous support of the central and provincial and municipal governments for special poverty alleviation loans,the poverty alleviation work has made great progress,but it has also caused many problems,mainly because the use of special poverty alleviation loans is not reasonable and scientific.In order to make the targeted poverty alleviation special loan more reasonable and scientific,and to facilitate the understanding of the implementation of the special loan in the project,and to fully grasp the impact of the special loan on social and economic development,it is very necessary to organically integrate targeted poverty alleviation with big data technology.And the use of big data related concepts to evaluate the performance of poverty alleviation loans,so as to achieve the effectiveness of using big data to alleviate poverty.In this paper,based on the performance evaluation requirements of the special poverty alleviation loan project,based on the nature and characteristics of the project,a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system was formulated.First of all,through field visits to Pucheng's loan and poverty alleviation financial institutions,we can accurately obtain the original data on the loan status of poverty alleviation projects of various loan banks.We adopt questionnaires,analytic hierarchy processes,and other major analysis methods.,Four dimensions of fund management,sustainable development and precision management to evaluate performance.After evaluating the performance of the special loan project,it was clearly found that the timeliness of the approval and issuance of the special loan for the targeted poverty alleviation special loan project in Pucheng County met the needs of the lender 's production and operation activities,and promoted the growth of the lender 's income.Risk,the improvement of production activity skills,the stability of income growth,and the expansion of information acquisition channels have all performed well.However,in the context of big data analysis,there is also a specific loan evaluation database for precise poverty alleviation.The accuracy and scientificity are not high enough,the project dynamic management mechanism is not perfect,the ability to convert and expand the special loan results is insufficient,and the ability to improve the income structure of the special loan beneficiaries is limited.According to the precise poverty alleviation loan performance evaluation results obtained in this paper,I believe that although the poverty alleviation special loan project has played a certain role in promoting the stable growth of income of the lenders and the development of the local economy,but in organizational management,loan system arrangements,There are certain deficiencies in the dynamicmanagement of projects and the conversion of results.In response to the problems found in the analysis of the performance evaluation of poverty alleviation loans,I proposed to make full use of big data analysis,continuously improve the optimization evaluation system and evaluation system database,strengthen organizational management,improve the accuracy and scientificity of evaluation,and expand the ability to transform loan results,To refine countermeasures and suggestions such as an honest and clean government risk management and control mechanism.
