With the rapid development of the Internet and the rise of innovation waves,while the user-centered experience economy has received widespread attention,it is also changing the thinking mode of many enterprises' innovation and entrepreneurship activities.The "iterative innovation model" combining "iterative thinking" and "innovation" has gradually developed into one of the important guiding ideologies for Internet product development,which has affected the survival and development of Internet products.Iterative innovation is different from the traditional time-consuming and high-cost waterfall development model.Enterprises do not need to develop products based on detailed project plans under full market research,but to meet user needs as the core and based on continuous user experience.Feedback,the process of rapid product improvement.In the process of iterative innovation,enterprises are undoubtedly the most critical part of obtaining user needs.There are many ways to obtain user needs,but in the Internet environment,open forums for users to leave messages are undoubtedly the most effective way to obtain demand One is also the most convenient way to get user feedback.Major companies have established their own open and innovative community platforms for this purpose,such as the Xiaomi community,Meizu forum,and Huawei developer community.The purpose of these communities is to provide a large amount of user innovation and demand information,and provide a valuable external source of innovation for enterprise product innovation.Therefore,exploring the impact of user messages on iterative innovation in open innovation community platforms is an important way for companies to strengthen their innovation competitiveness.In this study,the user message data of the open innovation community was captured,and the relevant methods of machine learning and statistics were used to extract the quality of user messages,the emotional tendency of user messages,the number of user suggested messages,the efficiency of enterprises to accept user messages,and the processing of enterprises.The five characteristics of user message efficiency,using user message characteristics and enterprise response as independent variables to explore the impact of product iteration innovation performance.First of all,this study sorts out the theoretical foundation of open innovation community,cognitive psychology theory,information adoption principle,innovation and iterative innovation related theories,and then puts forward hypotheses and models.Next,data acquisition,processing and variable measurement are carried out.In the data processing,this study uses sentiment dictionary and SO-PMI algorithm to obtain the sentiment tendency characteristics of online reviews.Finally,based on the extracted user message features,we use regression analysis to conduct empirical research and summarize and discuss the research results.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The more high-quality user messages,the higher the overall quality of community user messages,the more it can promote the iterative update speed of the product,but the impact on the iterative update level of the product is not significant.(2)The stronger the negative emotional tendency of the user's message,the more sensitive the enterprise's perception of the message is,and the more it can promote the enterprise to accelerate the iterative innovation of the product.At this time,the enterprise's attention to the negative message will also weaken the product every time.The degree of iterative innovation.(3)The greater the number of user-suggested messages,the more user needs the company can collect,and the direction of product iteration innovation is more clear.However,due to the existence of cognitive load,once the user needs have accumulated to a certain extent,due to the enterprise team's With limited development capabilities,the growth rate of product iteration performance will slowly decline.(4)The interaction between the enterprise and the user in the community and the processing speed of the enterprise's feedback to the user have a significant promotion effect on the iterative update performance of the product.(5)The efficiency of an enterprise's handling of user needs has a positive impact on the iterative innovation level of products and the speed of iterative update of products.
