A Study On Development Mode For China’s Overseas Industrial Parks

Based on China’s overseas cooperation zones have been built,under construction,information collection and sorting out and analyzing the cooperation zone outside China industry selection and the advantage of the leading enterprises of industry in the area and the local preferential policies,resources and environment of the intimate relationship,so received by the different location of zone of the industry and has the advantages of the development of Chinese industry and the characteristics of the host country.In general,the leading industries of the overseas industrial parks invested and operated by China can be roughly divided into resource-intensive industries,labor-intensive industries,technology-intensive industries and capital-intensive industries.Taking the usurissk economic and trade cooperation zone as an example,this paper analyzes the starting cause and construction effect of the industrial park,and describes the industrial structure,regional characteristics,preferential policies and development mode of th usurissk economic and trade cooperation zone.Finally summed up the ussurisk economic and trade cooperation zone encountered problemsThrough the analysis above,this paper holds that the government’s behavior is directly related to the smooth development of overseas industrial parks.The government should strengthen the macro guidance and coordination,expand investment and financing channels,and encourage private capital to participate in,the perfect overseas park related investment and construction of the legal specification,establish overseas investment project risk early warning mechanism,promoting the development of the Chinese garden standards internationalization promotion,strengthening personnel training and introduction,strengthening the cooperation of local talent for the host country and culture.
