In recent years,the tourism industry has developed vigorously and has become a major driving force for economic development in various regions of the country.Among the rich tourism resources and forms of tourism,cultural heritage tourism has become more and more popular among tourists,and cultural heritage has infiltrated.To the development of tourism industry in various regions of the world.However,with the vigorous development of the cultural heritage tourism industry,many issues of interest and consideration in the scenic spots have been exposed in this process.Appropriate commercial development in cultural heritage tourist attractions will help the scenic spots to enhance the attraction of tourists.It can provide convenience to tourists' tourism activities to a certain extent,help cultural heritage to renew its vitality,and also contribute to the spread and promotion of local traditional culture and promote the development of regional economy.On the contrary,excessively deep commercial development will,to a large extent,damage the traditional culture and valuable resources of the cultural heritage site,on the one hand,it will reduce the quality of tourists' tourist experience,and on the other hand,it will cause the original residents to reduce their sense of identity..In this context,this paper selects the ancient city of Hoi An in Vietnam as the research object,and focuses on the commercial development of cultural heritage in Vietnam.In this study,the literature method is mainly used to provide a basis for the research of this paper.Insufficient research areas,in order to provide ideas for the innovative research of this paper.At the same time,using the questionnaire method,visitors and local residents of Hoi An,Vietnam,conducted a random survey by compiling a questionnaire,collected relevant information,and further verified the hypothesis using SPSS analysis to draw conclusions.In the research of this paper,in order to understand more clearly the problem of sustainable development of heritage culture tourism,I chose the representative of the ancient city of Hoi An,which is representative of the author's home country,as a case study.I hope that through the analysis and research of individual cases,it is more similar.As well as the sustainable development of other heritage cultural tourism in Vietnam and the formulation of relevant management policies,it provides ideas and lessons.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the research background and value of this paper,and explains the main research contents and methods,and clarifies the innovation of the research.The second part mainly defines the related concepts involved in the thesis and summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part is the hypothesis of this paper.Through the extensive literature read by the author and the development of tourism in Hoi An,this paper puts forward relevant hypotheses and serves as the basis and basis for the construction of the research model.The fourth part is the empirical analysis part of this paper.By investigating the tourists and local residents of Hoi An,we use the relationship model of the authenticity of the tourists/residents-local sense-tourist(residents)attitude and loyalty to choose the local sense.Intermediary variables,empirical analysis,exploring the mediating role of local feelings,local attachment and local identity,and the regulatory role of regulatory variables.The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations of this paper.The research conclusions are drawn through the research of this paper,and further suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions obtained to promote the sustainable development of tourism in Hoi An.This paper studies the issues of authenticity and the development of tourist attractions from the perspective of cultural heritage,and combines the study of authenticity with the commercial operation of tourism,which provides a new way of thinking for the application of authenticity theory in tourism management research,which is beneficial to this.The maturity and richness of theoretical research.From the perception of residents and tourists to further explore their attitudes towards cultural heritage tourism,and further use the theory of authenticity,sustainable development theory to explain and provide some sustainable development policies for Vietnam's Hoi An Cultural Heritage Tourism.Ideas to promote the development and management of Vietnamese heritage cultural tourism attractions.Finally,the paper concludes that residents' perception of authenticity is positive for attitudes.In addition,identity and attachment have a certain intermediary effect on authenticity and residents' attitudes towards tourists and attitudes toward tourism development.Secondly,the authenticity perception of tourists in Hoi An Ancient City in Vietnam will have an impact on the attitude and loyalty of tourists,and it will be positive.It plays a part in mediating between authenticity and tourists' attitudes and loyalty.Visitors perceive the popularity.The degree has a relatively large regulatory effect.
