With the increasing process of economic globalization,the rapid application of cloud computing,Internet of things,big data and artificial intelligence,the pharmaceutical industry also presents a new mode of business.With the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry,the competition pressure becomes more and more intense,and the dynamic and uncertain environment changes bring unprecedented pressure to pharmaceutical enterprises.Although ZD enterprise products in the medical industry occupy a certain market share,it is generally recognized by the market.However,sales performance has declined in recent years,sales brain drain problem is serious,the number of corporate customers gradually reduced.How to manage sales staff effectively,stimulate sales staff performance,adapt them to the changing environment and keep learning and enthusiasm,is one of the problems that enterprises urgently need to solve.In order to improve the sales performance of enterprises,enhance the enthusiasm of sales personnel,solve the problem of single appraisal of sales personnel,ease the loss of sales personnel in enterprises,this paper discusses the adaptive behavior of sales personnel in ZD enterprises from the perspective of adaptive performance.Based on the new dimension of adaptive performance,this paper combs the influencing factors of adaptive performance of sales personnel,constructs adaptive performance maturity model,and makes adaptive performance evaluation to ZD employees,so as to provide new ideas and methods for enterprises to reasonably evaluate the performance of sales personnel.In order to form recommendations according to the evaluation results,the sales staff management process to correct the problems,help The enterprise combs the management problem more deeply,avoids the management loophole,thus further enhances the sales performance,enhances the enterprise competitive power.The results of this paper show that: this paper constructs an adaptive performance evaluation system for ZD pharmaceutical enterprises,which is divided into seven dimensions: attitude adaptation,emergency adaptation,stress adaptation,learning adaptation,innovation adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,environmental adaptation.Sales staff learning adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation weight are more than 20%,secondly,innovation adaptation and environmental adaptation weight is also relatively high,in the training of staff,should payattention to.According to the study,the distribution of 168 samples of sales staff in ZD enterprises is 4.17% in initial grade and 32.14% in base grade.46.43% in promotion grade,9.52% in integration grade,7.74% in innovation grade.
