Research On The Development Strategy Of XX Mobile Company In 5G Era

Communication industry is the leading,basic and pillar industry of our national economy,and telecommunication industry is an important sub industry.The influence of information technology iteration,such as 5g,optical fiber communication,triple play and quantum communication technology,makes the development of telecommunication industry show more and more significant periodic change characteristics and trends.5g technology is characterized by high speed,low delay and large capacity,which makes the network information transmission more stable and fast.With the acceleration of 5g commercial pace,human society is stepping into a new 5g era.In order to have core competitiveness and gain new interest growth points in the market,telecom operators should seize the opportunity of 5g era,gradually form a new strategic system suitable for the needs of enterprise development through in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,build a more efficient competition mechanism,effectively enhance the sustainable development ability of the enterprise,and successfully achieve transformation development and highquality development.In this paper,XX Branch of China Mobile Jiangsu Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as xx mobile company)is selected as a case to carry out a systematic study on how to build a scientific and reasonable transformation and development strategy in 5g era.In this thesis,the development strategy of XX mobile company in 5G era is analyzed through literature analysis,quantitative analysis,empirical analysis and other methods.In the analysis process,the industry environment for the development of XX mobile company is refined through PEST analysis,and internal resource assessment is conducted through IFE matrix.In the adjustment and optimization of the strategic design of XX Mobile company's products and services in the 5G era,the development strategy of XX Mobile Company in the 5G era was finally formed.In the aspect of security of development strategy implementation,this thesis proposes that xx mobile company should introduce and cultivate human resources,deepen internal governance,improve performance evaluation,reshape corporate culture,and increase financing and other security measures.
