With the reform of RMB deposit and loan interest rate marketization and the gradual opening up of China’s financial industry,foreign banks have entered China one after another.The traditional profit model of commercial banks relying solely on the interest difference between deposit and loan has been difficult to maintain the continuous development of banks.The low-cost and high-yield intermediary business has won the public’s favor and attention and become a new profit for commercial banks.Growth point,good intermediary business can improve customer satisfaction with commercial bank services,and can improve customer loyalty.Therefore,vigorously developing intermediary business and establishing the core position of intermediary business in the development of banks are the direction of sustainable development and continuous efforts of commercial banks in the future.This paper takes DL bank as the research object and adopts the research method of combining theory with practice and data analysis.This paper summarizes and summarizes the development status of DL bank in recent three years,and then analyses the problems and causes of DL bank’s intermediary business development.Combining with the key products of DL bank’s intermediary business,it puts forward some problems in the development of DL bank’s intermediary business,such as neglect of intermediary business,excessive dependence on traditional products,low marketing level and imperfect pricing strategy.The main reasons are that DL bank’s intermediary business has always been in a subsidiary position,backward marketing methods,the development of electronic banking products is constrained by development technology,the supervision of intermediary business is difficult and the lack of excellent related personnel.In order to solve this series of problems,this paper puts forward relevant solutions: first,to determine the strategic position of intermediary business;second,to formulate phased objectives for the development of intermediary business;third,to improve the existing marketing system and introduce reasonable pricing strategies.Finally,in order to carry out the strategy effectively,this paper puts forward the guarantee and implementation measuresfor the development of DL bank’s intermediary business,mainly focusing on optimizing all aspects of DL bank’s intermediary business,and establishing and perfecting various systems and mechanisms.It puts forward the layered incentive means for marketing personnel and the improvement of communication and learning among different levels.Based on the characteristics and development stages of DL bank,this paper formulates a series of strategies and plans.It is believed that the reform and innovation of DL bank in the new stage of developing intermediary business have practical significance. |
