Intermediary business not only brings profit but also can directly affect customer satisfaction with services and help maintain customer loyalty. Therefore, the urban banks intermediate business, and establish their own core competitiveness, is the future direction of urban commercial banks, have important practical reference.This paper selects the Bank of Dalian as the research object,taking a combination of theory and practice, comparative analysis of the research methods.
