Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use In Zhenjiang City

Land is the key factor affecting human survival and life,and it is a non-renewable resource.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the contradiction between man and land is intensified,and the shortage of land resources has seriously restricted the development of social economy.Therefore,carrying out land intensive use evaluation can make people have a more in-depth understanding of the current situation of land development and utilization in China,and can clearly realize the important role of land intensive use in environment entail protection and resource development ent,so as to improve the economic and social benefits of land.On the basis of summarizing the related concepts and theories of land intensive use at home and abroad,taking Zhenjiang city as an example,this paper takes the social,economic and environment entail benefits of land use and the intensity of land investment as the starting point,selected the 12 indicators to build Zhenjiang land intensive utilization evaluation index system,and using the principal component analysis(pca),2010-2017 was calculated composite score of Zhenjiang land intensive utilization.Meanwhile,factor analysis was used to compare the evaluation results of land intensive use in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province in 2017.The results show that :(1)The evaluation of intensive land use in Zhenjiang city based on principal component analysis is feasible,has strong operability,and the evaluation result is highly feasible.(2)In terms of time series,the degree of intensive land use in Zhenjiang city is increasing,and the overall trend is on the rise,and the value of land use performance is increasing.(3)From the horizontal perspective,the comprehensive score of Zhenjiang city among the 13 prefecture-level cities is 0.594,which is above the average and moderately intensive.(4)Through the analysis,it is found that the land economic factors have a significant impact on the level of intensive land use.The land economic factors and land environmental factors rank higher in Zhenjiang,while the land social factors rank lower.(5)According to the current conclusion and the current situation of intensive land use in Zhenjiang city,In this paper,some proposals were made from the establishment of the saving aggregate land consciousness,using the increment of stock belt,protecting the environment,introducing talents,optimizing and upgrading industries,etc.,in order to provide reference for the government to manage the intensive land use in Zhenjiang city macroscopically.
