Study On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Yanjing Beer Based On EVA

With the complexity and diversity of business activities,it wil inevitably stimulate the rapid development of social economy,and the competition between the same industry and enterprises is becoming more and more intense.In order not to affect the stability and healthy development of enterprises,more and more enterprises realize the importance of value creation.The goal of financial management is to maximize the wealth of shareholders.How to increase the wealth of shareholders by improving the value of the enterprise is a major problem for enterprise managers,and then the traditional financial performance evaluation has been difficult to meet the value needs.As far as the current situation of enterprises is concerned,the vast majority of enterprises still rely on the basic financial performance evaluation,but often neglect the creation of enterprise value.The biggest drawback of traditional financial performance evaluation with profit as the core is that it ignores the cost of shareholders' equity capital,which is not conducive to the long-term interests and sustainable development of enterprises.It is necessary to integrate the current traditional financial performance evaluation into the EVA index in order to effectively integrate and utilize the financial information of the enterprise for decision-making,improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise and achieve the value-added of the enterprise.Therefore,based on the actual situation of Yanjing Beer,this paper analyzes the traditional financial performance evaluation and EVA financial performance evaluation of Yanjing beer with the method of comparative analysis,which can better reflect the existing problems of the enterprise.The financial performance evaluation analysis based on EVA not only makes up for the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional financial performance evaluation,but also can measure the quality of business development more comprehensively,truly and systematically.In view of widely familiar with some research results at home and abroad,this paper expounds performance theory,financial performance theory and EVA performance evaluation theory,and discusses the basic meaning,adjustment,calculation and analysis of EVA.This paper analyzes the current financial performance evaluation with Yanjing's profitability,operating capacity and other capacity indicators,and analyzes and evaluates EVA value,EVA return rate and net assets EVA rate.The financial performance evaluation based on EVA is mainly through the comparative analysis of EVA index and traditional financial index.For example,using the net profit and EVA value as comparative analysis,using the price comparison analysis of the net assets EVA rate and EVA return rate with the net assets return rate,highlighting the problems existing in the financial situation,operating efficiency and value creation of enterprises.In a word,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of Yanjing Beer Based on EVA financial performance evaluation,hoping to improve the performance of enterprise managers and promote the better implementation of enterprise strategy to a certain extent.
