Along with our country market open further, domestic enterprises should not only face the competition in the domestic market but also the challenge of from all over the world enterprise. For small and medium-sized enterprises, because on the capital and resources to compete with large enterprises, to win in the fierce market competition must rely on the human capital of the enterprise, give full play to people’s enthusiasm and initiative to promote the management of the enterprise, make enterprise development advantage.In this paper, small and medium-sized enterprises in China the problems existing in the human resources management, based on the empirical research method of Heng yang Yanjing beer co., LTD., staff incentive mechanism is studied.
