| In recent years,China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.At the end of 2019,China’s high-speed rail operating mileage has exceeded 35,000 kilometers,accounting for more than two-thirds of global high-speed rail mileage,ranking first in the world.With the " Belt and Road Initiative" and the continuous deepening of Chinese companies’ internationalization strategies,China ’s subway vehicles and EMU trains have been exported to all around the world.In 2019,the Ministry of Transport of country T plans to build high-speed rail lines connecting the satellite towns near the capital.A consortium of several Chinese companies and local AS Group successfully bid for the project.This project is another major international cooperation project involving Chinese enterprises along the “Belt and Road Initiative”,which will strongly promote the “Go Global” pace of China’s high-speed rail.In the consortium,the Chinese company S will be responsible for the R & D,design,and manufacturing of the project’s EMU vehicles.The thesis takes the EMU manufacturing project exported to country T as an example,and discusses the project’s risk identification,risk assessment,and risk control.First,the thesis uses the SWOT analysis method and checklist method to sort out the risk items of the contract.It has identified 28 specific risks among seven major categories of technology,project management,finance,procurement,production,quality and aftersales service risks.Secondly,a probability impact matrix and analytic hierarchy process were used to establish a risk assessment model.The above risks were compared and analyzed,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantitatively evaluate the risks of each system.The key points and directions of risk management and control of this projects were clarified.Finally,according to the actual production and operation of the project,various risk management measures were proposed in order to effectively control risks of this project and successfully complete the ’the delivery of the vehicles.Through studying the risk management of EMU manufacturing projects exported to country T,this thesis not only shows the practical results of risk management of overseas projects in China’s equipment manufacturing industry,but also provides reference value for risk management in other industries. |
