With the rapid development of information technology and the serious problem of environmental pollution and resource shortage, the waste of available resources in used products and the problem of environmental pollution have attracted the attention of countries around the world.Recycling and reusing waste products have become effective solutions to these problems. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the closed-loop supply chain and network equilibrium decision.Firstly,a closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model that considers manufacturers' fairness concern under information symmetry is established.Second, based on the information symmetrical network model,a closed-loop supply chain network in which manufacturers are fairness concern under information asymmetry is established.Equilibrium model. This paper studied a closed-loop supply chain network composed of multiple competing manufacturers and retailers or demand markets, and using Nash theory to solve the optimal solution for the closed-loop supply chain network. The examples focus on the analysis of the impact of manufacturers' fairness concern and cost information asymmetry on the equilibrium decisions, utilities and profits of decision makers in the closed-loop supply chain network.Research indicates:(1)The research on manufacturers' fairness concern behavior under the situation of information symmetry found that, manufacturers with advantageous unfairness concern behavior will expand the scale of production and adjust the price of goods,at the expense of their own interests and narrow the profit gap with other manufacturers to achieve the goal of fairness among manufacturers,it is also conducive to the recycling of waste resources;manufacturers with disadvantageous unfairness concern behavior will also take corresponding measures to achieve the goal of fairness.(2)Further research on manufacturers' fairness concern behavior in the case of information asymmetry found that, advantageous or disadvantageous manufacturers overstating cost information will increase the profit gap with other manufacturers. It is conducive to achieving fairness among manufacturers. So companies will take measures such as adjusting their prices and production scale to maintain the fairness;manufacturers understated have opposite results.
