Rural Construction In Huarong County From The Perspective Of Beautiful Countryside Model Evaluation Study

The construction of beautiful village is an important starting point and main carrier for the implementation of rural revitalization.The construction progress directly affects the implementation of the rural revitalization strategic plan.As the most basic rural administrative unit,the village’s evaluation of its beautiful rural construction model has important guidance and reference for the beautiful rural construction in other areas.Due to the different rural construction models,there may be differences in the development of the region.On the basis of summarizing the beautiful rural construction model,the article selects 27 representative indicators to construct the evaluation index system of beautiful rural construction from five aspects: layout beauty,industrial beauty,environmental beauty,life beauty and fashion beauty.The weight of each index is determined by the combination of AHP and entropy weight method,and the index system is used to empirically evaluate the four typical beautiful rural construction models in Huarong County.The findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2015,the comprehensive score of beautiful rural construction in Huarong County was 74.85,and the realization level of beautiful rural construction was 74.01.In 2016,the comprehensive score of beautiful rural construction in Huarong County was 76.86,and the achievement level of beautiful rural construction was 76.25.In 2017,the comprehensive score of beautiful rural construction in Huarong County was 79.53,the degree of realization of beautiful rural construction has reached 79.76%,and the overall realization is in good condition.it will be able to achieve the standard of beautiful rural construction and hope to achieve better standards for beautiful rural construction.The relative deviation has decreased year by year,from 12.71 in 2014 to 7.81 in 2016,indicating that the construction of “Five Beauty” in Huarong County is moving in a balanced direction.In 2017,it rose to 9.12 because of the contribution rate of industry index.improve.(2)Among the four typical models,Shifu Village scored the highest at 83.08,followed by Rabbit Lake Village 81.02 and Huaxing Village 80.03,and Qianhe Village scored at 79.80.The scores of the four villages have exceeded the scores of the beautiful rural construction in Huarong County in 2017,which can serve as a model for four different rural construction models.The development gap between the rabbits and lakes villages index of the village-enterprise cooperation and co-construction model is 9.73,followed by the industrial back-feeding model of Shifu Village 11.77 and the fishery development model of Huaxing Village 12.27,the industrial development model of the Qianhe Village Index The maximum development gap is 12.29,indicating that although the model village has achieved beautiful rural construction,the development between the five US goals is not balanced.(3)Future beautiful rural construction can start from the following aspects:further establish and improve the implementation system of beautiful rural construction planning;implement the rural development mode with the point and face,demonstrate the advancement;strengthen the improvement of the beautiful rural living environment;enhance the villagers’ sense of ownership in the beautiful countryside;The most important thing is to improve the construction of infrastructure.
